For Schools

You cannot take thirty children back to thirty different pages. We can.

A mentor-led calculation-fluency program that runs inside your timetable — three hours a week, one cohort, one term. Verified in your school, on your data, with a promise no tuition or workbook makes: what takes a student a minute today will take thirty seconds by term-end, or that student's fee is refunded.

The problem you already see in class

A fluency failure wearing a knowledge costume

Every board season, the same sentence: "knew everything, couldn't finish the paper." That's a fluency failure wearing a knowledge costume. Your "weak batch" is mostly a fluency batch — intact reasoning on unmastered arithmetic. And your toppers are capped by speed too: NTSE, Olympiads, JEE, CAT are all won on it. Fluency is the most trainable ability in school mathematics, and the most neglected — syllabus periods teach concepts, tuition drills the paper, and nobody builds the layer underneath.

The program, in your timetable

Three hours a week, zero load on your staff

5 × 25-min drills
Lab period, zero period, or morning slot; each student on exactly the skill their map says is next.
1 × 35-min flipped session
The platform diagnoses every child's week in advance; the mentor's time inside the session is spent one-on-one, correction by correction. The quietest student gets the same guaranteed attention as the boldest.
Continuous measurement
Every attempt timed and recorded; see any class, any week.
Zero load on your staff
No marking, no worksheets, no training. We bring the mentor; you bring a timetable slot and one coordinator.
Two ways to run it

The guarantee is identical under both

Model ARecommended

Whole class, in school hours

Everyone enrolled, no one singled out. Practice happens where teachers can see it; attendance takes care of itself; the energy is collective. What happens inside school hours, happens.

Model B

Own time, own device

Drills at home on any phone; the flipped session after school or online. Every minute still tracked; the mentor still chases anyone slipping.

Measured openly, guaranteed in writing

We carry the risk of the method. The school carries a timetable slot.

Week 1: a timed baseline across the term's skills — the number to beat, shared with parents. By term-end: the same skills, measured continuously from every timed drill — no separate exam, no invigilation, just the data you've watched move all term. The bar: at most half the baseline time. A completing student (80% attendance) who doesn't clear it gets a 100% refund within 30 days — settled on the same data you hold all term.

Beyond faster students

What your school gets

Reports parents feel

Monthly per-class reports and parent notes with real numbers — the concrete progress parents rarely get to see.

An admissions line

"Our students halve their calculation time in a term — and we have the data."

Foundations that compound

Foundations that pay forward into boards, Olympiads, and every speed-decided exam after.

What we need

A slot, some devices, one coordinator

One cohort (a section or grade, Classes 6–10), the timetable slots above (Model A) or none (Model B), any devices — computer lab or low-end phones, web app, nothing to install — and one staff coordinator. Fees per student per term, collected with your fee cycle or directly from parents. Pricing is tailored to cohort size and shared in the proposal.

Start with the speed day

It's free, and it's revealing.

We run the baseline diagnostic for an entire grade at no cost. You get a per-section skill-gap report; every parent gets their child's baseline. No commitment — and it will tell you more about your students' fluency than any exam you currently run, whether or not the program goes ahead.

FAQ

What coordinators ask

Why can't our own teachers just run the drills?
They could run drills — but the program isn't the drills, it's the sequencing and the diagnosis. Each child is on a different skill on a different day, and the week's misconceptions are surfaced automatically for a one-on-one correction. That's a full-time analytics job per child; the platform does it so your staff carry zero marking, worksheets, or training.
What if it fails publicly?
The bar is measured on your own data, on the same skills as day one — the timed record you can see any week, no one-day exam to stage. If a completing student doesn't halve their time, their fee is refunded — so a public number that doesn't move costs the school nothing but a timetable slot. We carry the risk of the method precisely so you don't have to gamble your reputation on it.
Isn't speed just rote learning?
Rote is memorising answers. Fluency is automaticity of method — the thing that frees a mind for concepts. Our questions never repeat, so memorisation literally cannot work here.
Will it clash with the syllabus?
It runs alongside it — three hours a week on the layer underneath — and makes syllabus time cheaper: every mastered foundation lowers the cost of every classwork hour.
What do you keep on our students?
Name, class, attendance, and timing data — nothing else. Stored in India, visible to the school, deleted on request. Full detail in the school agreement and our Terms.
