We've written these terms to be read, not skimmed past. Where a term has a plain-English meaning, we say it plainly; where the law needs precision, we're precise.
2.1Anyone may use Free Practice. Users under 18 require an account created and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf and remains responsible for the account.
2.2You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One account per learner; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
2.3We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms (see Section 10), with notice where practicable.
3.1Free Practice is genuinely free: no payment details are required, and access is not time-limited as a trial.
3.2We may add to, modify, or reasonably adjust Free Practice features over time. We will not convert Free Practice into a paid-only service for existing accounts without prominent prior notice.
3.3Free Practice is provided "as is" (Section 11); it carries no outcome guarantee.
4.1Program fees, inclusions, cohort schedules, and start dates are stated on the relevant Program page at the time of enrolment. Current Open Cohort fee: ₹49,999 per Term.
4.2Enrolment is confirmed on receipt of payment in full.
4.3Cooling-off: you may cancel within 7 days of payment and before your cohort's first scheduled session for a full refund, no questions asked.
4.4Cohort placement is by level assessment; we may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice and will provide make-up options for sessions cancelled by us.
4.5School/Partnership Cohorts are governed by the specific written agreement with the school; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for that cohort.
5.1What it is: where a Program includes "Lifetime Access", the enrolled learner retains access to the Platform (the practice engine, maps, timers, and records — not mentorship, sessions, or analytics services tied to a Program Term) after the Term ends.
5.2What "lifetime" means: the lifetime of the Platform — that is, for as long as Outpace (or a successor that assumes these obligations) remains in active business and operates the Platform. If we permanently discontinue the Platform, Lifetime Access ends with it; we will give at least 90 days' notice where legally and practically possible and, where feasible, provide export of the learner's own records.
5.3Lifetime Access is personal to the enrolled learner and non-transferable, and may be revoked for material breach of these terms (e.g., account sharing, abuse — Section 8).
5.4The Platform will evolve: features may be added, changed, or retired over time. Lifetime Access is to the Platform as it exists from time to time, provided its core practice function remains.
5.5Lifetime Access does not include future paid Programs, mentorship, or offerings priced separately.
6.1The promise (Open Cohorts): if a Completing Student's recorded time on the same skills does not fall to at most half of their baseline time — measured from their own timed practice on the Platform, on freshly generated questions — we will refund 100% of the Program fee within 30 days of the Term ending.
6.2Completing Student means at least 80% attendance across scheduled drills and mentor sessions in the Term, as tracked automatically on the Platform and visible to the account holder throughout.
6.3Baseline and end-of-term times are recorded on the Platform from the learner's own timed practice — there is no separate final exam. For School Cohorts, measurement follows the school agreement.
6.4The guarantee applies once per learner per Program and is our sole outcome warranty; Lifetime Access survives a refund.
6.5Refunds are made to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
7.1We collect and process the minimum needed to run the service: learner name, class/level, parent contact, attendance, and per-attempt timing/answer data.
7.2Progress data is visible to the learner's own account (and parent/guardian); for School Cohorts, per the school agreement, to the school.
7.3We store data in India, do not sell personal data, and do not serve third-party advertising. On request we will delete a learner's personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
You agree not to: share accounts; attempt to copy, scrape, or bulk-extract the question engine or content; interfere with assessments (including impersonation during baselines/finals); reverse-engineer the Platform; or use it unlawfully. Fair-use limits may apply to automated or abnormal usage patterns that degrade the service for others.
The Platform, its question-generation systems, content, maps, and branding are owned by or licensed to Outpace. Learners own their personal records; we may use aggregated, de-identified performance data to improve the Platform and to publish research or results (never identifying a learner without consent).
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach (Section 8), fraud, or legal necessity — with notice and an opportunity to respond where practicable. You may close your account at any time; Sections 5.3, 6, 9, 11–13 survive as applicable.
Free Practice and the Platform are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Outside the specific guarantee in Section 6, results vary by learner and effort. Outpace is not a school, is not affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, state boards, or any examination body, and does not award recognised qualifications.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the Program giving rise to the claim (or ₹1,000 for Free Practice). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
13.1We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 15 days in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance. The version governing a Program is the one in force at enrolment, except where changes benefit you.
13.2These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-forum rights.
